- Orders to the USA will ship with Canada Post (USPS once across the border) and the customer will be responsible for any taxes, duties or brokerage fees incurred
- Orders are shipped a minimum of three days a week and tracking information will be provided to you by email once payment is received

General Shipping Information The Green Roaster Coffees ships from Edmonton, Canada. Our default method of shipping for Canadian orders is via Canada Post. We feel that Canada Post offers you the best flexibility and value while also offering the option of insurance on your order. You will be given the options for delivery service (express, standard etc) during the checkout process and all rates for shipping are automatically calculated at the time the order is placed. Shipping costs will be shown on the shopping cart for your review when you check out. To calculate the cost of shipping, simply place the items you want into your shopping basket and then select checkout. You will be presented with shipping options and estimates prior to entering billing information. By creating an account at The Green Roaster you will be able to check out faster (you wont have to re-enter shipping information on future orders), be up to date on an order's status, and keep track of your past orders. Once you order is placed, an email will be sent to you providing order confirmation with order number. If you have difficulties with our shopping cart feature, please contact us ( greenroaster@greenroaster.ca ) immediately so that we can resolve any issues. We are an internet business and therefore do not, at this time, offer order pick-up for local clients. Shipping Damage/Loss We insure your appliance shipment with Canada Post as indicated above. Please inspect your package for dents or other damage when it arrives. If you notice damage, please note it on the carrier's freight bill or receipt, and obtain a copy. Then call Canada Post immediately at 1-800-267-1177 to report the damage. Please keep all packaging, including boxes and shipping labels, to allow inspection by Canada Post. Please also notify us that your machine arrived damaged. Secure Ordering All online orders are processed in a secure encrypted system. We process the transaction via Paypal gateway. We do not store your credit card number. Paypal transactions can be made using Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Return and Refund Policy At The Green Roaster Coffees we go to great lengths to ensure that only quality products and green beans are offered on our site. We trust that you will be satisfied with your home roasting equipment and green coffee that you purchase and we wish to meet all your future home roasting needs. If something does not meet your expectations please contact us by email ( greenroaster@greenroaster.ca ) and we will promptly address your concerns. No refund, exchange or store credit for properly filled orders. If you feel that the order was not filled correctly, please contact us and we will try to work something out. Once shipped, green coffee is subject to many variables that we cannot control (roasting method/profile, storage conditions etc) and therefore we cannot assume responsibility for the final roasted product. We stand by our coffee reviews but due to the highly subjective nature of flavour and taste - we cannot guarantee satisfaction. We offer monetary refund, exchange or store credit (you decide) on unused items returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Items should be returned in their original packaging with all parts, accessories, manuals, etc and with a copy of the receipt with date of purchase. If any of these items are missing, you will be charged a 5 to 15% re-stocking fee. To return an item, you must contact us via email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (we do not accept returns without prior authorization). You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the merchandise to us via Canada Post (USPS if returning from the USA) with insurance for the full value - you are liable for the shipment. You should retain a copy of the shipping receipt and tracking number; this is your proof of shipment if the merchandise is lost or damaged (We are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost in transit). If your returned merchandise arrives in new and re-saleable condition, in its original packing, with all accessories, guarantees and instructions, and if the return has been authorized, we will refund you the full cost of the merchandise, but not any shipping costs. Once merchandise is used it cannot be returned to us for refund, exchange or store credit. If an item is defective or fails prematurely, please follow the instructions under warranty. If using it for other purposes or for commercial use, you will likely void the manufacturer's warranty. All roasters sold by The Green Roaster are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If an item is defective or fails prematurely, the purchaser must seek remedy directly from the manufacturer of the product. i-Roast 2: This roaster is covered under Hearthware's one year manufacturer's warranty. To obtain warranty service, contact Hearthware Home Products at (888) 287-0763 or (847) 777-8123 or email customerservice@hearthware.com and follow their instructions to make a claim. You will have to provide them with the model number (40011) and your unit's serial number together with a copy of your sales receipt. Replacement parts can be ordered directly from their web page http://www.i-roast.com/ Fresh Roast: Roaster is covered under Fresh Beans, Inc. 1 year manufacture's warranty (on the Base Unit) and 6 month warranty on the chaff collector, top cap and basket.
